The rules and agreements that govern your use of Biodata Maker.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Biodata Maker mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Biodata Maker is provided to help you create marriage biodatas for personal use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
You are solely responsible for the information and photos you enter into the App. You retain ownership of your content. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content on your device solely to render and export your biodata. We do not collect, upload or store the content of your biodata on any server.
We use Amplitude to collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (such as screen views, button taps, template selections and app errors). These analytics contain no biodata content and are used only to improve the App.

The App, including its design, templates, logos, code and branding, is owned by Biodata Maker and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The template designs provided in the App may be used by you to create your own biodata but may not be resold or redistributed as standalone designs.
The App is supported by third-party advertisements (including Google AdMob). Advertisers may collect and use data as described in their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party advertisers.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biodata Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
